You have 0-2 years of professional experience and/or completion of an applicable degree (May 2027 graduates strongly preferred) Preferred degree in business, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, communications, or similar background You have demonstrated leadership in previous organizations or work environment You are a hardworking, high energy, strategic leader with a competitive spirit You have strong communication skills, build rapport easily, can identify and solve problems and drive exceptional results Comfortable with 60% travel within your market Must maintain a valid driver's license and access to reliable personal transportation for regular travel between client, campus, or business locations. 10-week training immersion at our Dallas Hub and in the field: Shadowing of experienced sales team members in the field, comprehensive training on sales presentations, coaching from industry experts, networking, and in-depth training on our offers and solutions.
