Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Operations Training & Development is responsible for leading the governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning, leadership development, and workforce capability initiatives across the manufacturing network (17 Manufacturing Plants), ensuring alignment with enterprise talent, learning, and business strategies. The position leads the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of operations training systems, leadership development programs, onboarding experiences, skills progression frameworks, and workforce development initiatives that support operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
