JOB SUMMARYThe Talent Recruitment, Development, and Retention Manager provides strategic leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive talent systems including recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, development, and retention to support a high-quality, diverse workforce.
