This position supports service reliability, safety performance, ownership of the safety plans and policies, regulatory compliance, and operator development through on-street supervision, operator evaluations, new hire training, refresher training, accident follow-up, and real-time operational support. Respond to accidents, incidents, emergencies, and service disruptions in the field; conduct preliminary investigations, coordinate response efforts, document findings, and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
