Leads and supports ongoing facility survey readiness through preventative compliance reviews, mock surveys, survey binders, readiness trackers, staff interviews and preparation, observation of care and services, identification of potential risk areas, development of corrective action plans, follow-up monitoring, and support during regulatory surveys. Reviews regulatory updates, survey findings, policy revisions, incidents, adverse events, complaints, audit findings, and identified clinical concerns to determine educational needs and provide timely focused education, competency follow-up, and communication of required practice changes to facility leadership and staff.
