Minimum Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or training delivery, Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Strong facilitation and presentation skills, Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
