Master’s degree earned from a regionally accredited institution in Human Resources or related field and at least five (5) years of professional HR experience in higher education or public sector HR, with at least two (2) years in a generalist, coordinator, or supervisory role including experience in implementation of ERP systems, assisting with investigations and workplace training initiatives and active Human Resources certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP). Supports the Executive Director of Human Resources (EDHR) in overseeing daily Human Resources operations, including implementation of HR policies and coordination of recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and other core HR functions.
