For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience developing and managing customer performance requirements, policies, and procedures; OR, Experience advising DoD and agency leadership on emerging technologies and long-range information management strategies; OR, Experience applying IT principles, concepts, methods, and practices to develop policies and processes.
