CSNH RHT North West Central Student Support Specialist COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM OF NEW HAMPSHIRECSNH RHT North West Central Student Support SpecialistConcord, NHGeneral Summary: Under the supervision of the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Regional Lead, the RHT North West Central Student Support Specialist supports participants enrolled in Rural Health Transformation (RHT) grant initiatives by providing career navigation, student support services, case management, and barrier reduction assistance throughout the Southeast and Central regions of New Hampshire. This position works collaboratively with CCSNH colleges, healthcare employers, workforce partners, high schools, community organizations, and state agencies to support participant enrollment, persistence, completion, and employment outcomes within healthcare career pathways and work-based learning programs.
