Interface with both internal and external teams for both import and export vessel and equipment operations including, but not limited to serving as customs liaison for scheduling mobile RPM (radiation portal monitoring), monitoring partner vessel allocations to maximize slot utilization, maintains equipment pool levels, organizes the collection/assembly of hazardous declarations to reconcile against dangerous cargo manifests, distribute temperature-controlled and out of gauge (OOG) cargo manifests, approve late gate authorizations, resolve terminal/gate receipt/delivery issues, orders National Cargo Bureau (NCB) surveys as needed, etc. Responsible to manage all aspects of both import and export shipments including, but not limited to bill of lading release, providing information to customers related to sailing schedule, cut-off/early return dates, equipment availability, routing, track & trace both containers and chassis, change of destination (COD), container swaps, re-exports, etc.
