Collaborate with ops and strategy on the tactical execution of rail operations and bulk transportation activities, multi-fleet reporting accuracy, and delivery of strategic cost-reduction initiatives related to demurrage, detention, private car storage, no-bill, switch, and scale charges. Provide leadership oversight for talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability to ensure a high-performing team, strengthen leadership bench strength, and support enterprise transportation priorities.
