Transportation Associates will perform trailer moves in the trailer yard, coordinate yard activities (such as checking in trailers, traffic flow, internal communications with operations, etc.), conduct yard audits, complete applicable driver training programs (Hostler, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) School, etc.), and operate multiple vehicle types based on business need (including but not limited to hostlers and day cabs) to support Amazon's transportation network. Perform various functions within the yard, support site operations teams, internal transportation field teams, and external carriers, as needed, to ensure all trailers arrive and depart on time with zero defects and to maintain workflow for buildings.
DESCRIPTION: Assist Bus Driver by providing direct care of student passengers who may be unable to care for themselves due to their age and/or disabilities and thereby ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all passengers; by providing direct supervision and immediate care of student passengers during loading/unloading procedures and while in route; and by assisting with documentation, communications, and other duties relating to the safety and welfare of students. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $66,100 - $116,495.
