The Patient Access Services Registration Team Coordinator provides guidance and leadership to the team members in his/her assigned area regarding the day-to-day operations of revenue cycle front-end elements, including, but not limited to: appointment scheduling, insurance verification, authorization of services, registration, financial clearance, and cash collections. Work requires close visual and acuity and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus, i.e. shift gaze from viewing a computer monitor to forms/printed material that are closer to compare data at close vision.
