The Travel Coordinator is responsible for arranging and managing business travel for Hayes Locums employees, consultants, and physicians, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation. Upon successful completion of the onboarding ramp period (typically around 90 days, at the manager’s discretion), employees may become eligible for one remote workday per week (Wednesday or Friday), subject to business needs.
