Manage complex clinical needs including IV therapy (blood products, central/PICC line care, IV starts), respiratory care (ventilated patients, chest tubes, airway management, tracheostomy, extubation, End-Tidal CO2), and neuro care (craniotomy, EVD, spine surgery, stroke scale). Perform cardiac monitoring and intervention including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, vasopressors, opioids, reversal agents, arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, and CPR.
