Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment findings, develops and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes, collaborates with patients and healthcare teams, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other related duties. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ICU or acute care experience preferred; valid RN licensure in the state of practice required; CPR or BLS certification from approved vendor required; at least 1 year of experience preferred.
