Current professional certifications in both of the following areas: Project management or Agile delivery, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or an equivalent certification; such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or another relevant Salesforce certification. As a trusted client advisor and people leader, the Salesforce Project Manager oversees internal and client teams, manages project risks and financial performance, and promotes delivery excellence through Agile practices, effective governance, and continuous improvement.
