li>RNs assigned to work in the CLC will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, drawing labs, central and peripheral line IV medications, tube feedings, foley catheters, wound care, trach care, assistance with activities of daily living, interdisciplinary team coordination, admissions, discharges, internal and external transfers, delegating to assistive personnel, electronic medical record documentation, patient transport, and emergency response procedures. Graduated from a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
