To work one winter and one summer holiday per year (New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Partnering and collaborating in the initial evaluation to assess the residents’ needs to develop and implement a service plan based on the evaluation and in conjunction with the resident, family, physician, and /or authorized practitioner.
