Riceland Foods is looking for an employee who is responsible for the safe operation of the Rice Bran Extraction Plant, movement of rice bran through the processes in the extraction plant into crude oil tanks, controlling the necessary process conditions for optimal operating conditions, taking samples when necessary and recording all pertinent information, coordination with upstream and downstream processes, some light maintenance, monitoring crude oil tanks, and be in constant communication with all pertinent personnel for optimal conditions. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is periodically exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, unconditioned spaces, high temperatures, chemicals and processing aids used in vegetable oil crush and extraction.
