Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,095.18 - $1,980.65 per week ($56,949.36 - $102,993.80 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service. Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience. Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.</li><li>Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.</li><li>Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.</li><li>Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.</li></ul></div>
