Job Summary: The Manager - OTR Dispatch Center provides leadership and operational oversight for the OTR Dispatch Center, managing a team of Specialists - Driver Operations responsible for driver performance, safety, compliance, and service delivery. The Manager partners closely with terminal leadership, corporate operations, Safety, and Human Resources to ensure freight coverage, asset utilization, driver engagement, and continuous service improvement across internal and external stakeholders.
