Trucks: Visual and physical inspection of unit to be driven include following procedures routinely: Proper engine oil level, check for any fluid leaks, engine warmed before moving, engine air pressure holding, running lights working, tires properly inflated, brakes functional and releasing. Must be physically capable to perform the tasks of truck driver: entering and exiting the truck, climbing loader ladders, climbing loads of logs, strapping loads, tightening straps, chaining tires, exposure to the elements (cold, hot, wind, rain, snow, dust) and must be capable of lifting.
