We prioritize a positive and supportive work environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Transportation & Logistics:</p><ul><li>Ensure smooth, on-time delivery processes.</li><li>Secure transportation and delivery of various cargo types, focusing on hazardous materials.</li></ul><p>Regulatory Compliance:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations (DOT, OSHA, industry-specific standards).</li><li>Enforce best practices for handling and transporting specialty chemicals.</li><li>Lead efforts within the operations to maintain DOT and safety compliance.</li></ul><p>Equipment Managements:</p><ul><li>Oversee equipment operation, ensuring proper inspections before, during, and after trips.</li><li>Ensure operators meet necessary qualifications and safety standards.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p><p>License/Endorsements:</p><ul><li>Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements.</li><li>TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>2 years of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer, chemical tanker, and or .</li><li>Ability to operate a 10-speed manual transmission.</li></ul><p>Age & Health Requirements:</p><ul><li>At least 23 years old.</li><li>Must pass a DOT Physical.</li></ul><p>Driving Record:</p><ul><li>No MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) violations in the past 3 years.</li><li>No major accidents</li><li>No DUI/DWI offenses</li></ul><p><strong>WORK SCHEDULE:</strong></p><ul><li>70 HOUR PER WEEK OR AS CLOSE TO THAT AS POSSIBLE WITH A <strong>34 HOUR RESTART</strong></li><li><strong>On call based on load availabilities</strong></li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Vehicles will be Day cabs.
