Works collaboratively with advisors to perform student outreach and proactive success coaching for "at-risk," new, and stop-out students, as well as unique student populations (athletics, EOF, first-generation, nontraditional, etc.).Major Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide content-area tutoring, supplemental instruction, and assistance in area(s) of specialty in accordance with assigned schedule• Assist students through multiple delivery systems (in-person, through synchronous web platforms, and via email as needed).• Experience in subject area where English is critical (i.e. professional writing, creative writing, teaching English as a second language, etc.).Interpersonal Skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with administrators, faculty, staff members and a diverse student population.
