The Estimator II solves a range of straightforward problems and assembles construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure they understand what is required to bid on and win the project successfully, and can present the project cost to Senior leadership. After the successful bid, at project turnover, meet with the project management team along with the senior-level estimator to fully explain the estimate, scope of work, quotes, and offer aspects for the successful transition of the project.
