PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires the ability to sit, walk, bend over, and reach above head for a minimum of an hour a day; lifting or carrying of up to 50 pounds occasionally and repetitive use of hands/arms for writing and computer work. Coordinate activities within Customer Service and is responsible for on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, customer complaint resolution, system workflow, SAP data management, and process improvements.
