Process checks, scan checks to the Universitys bank, manage the payment lockbox, review and scan all documentation, process payroll deductions, electronic fund transfers, wire transfers, gifts-in-kind (including gifts of securities), gift transactions from collection applications like iModules, Kindsight, PortalConnect, Graduway, and CVENT. In partnership with the Associate Director of Data Integrity, Gift Processing, and other members of the Advancement Operations and Campaign Planning team, the Gift Analyst is responsible for managing incoming donations, including the proper recording to the donors record, storing gift documentation, and depositing and reconciling per University policies and procedures.
