This position performs routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, room and event set-ups, supply stocking, grounds upkeep, and timely response to facility needs to ensure welcoming, clean, safe, and functional spaces for staff, community members, tenants, and visitors. The role requires hands-on technical maintenance skills and the ability to complete repairs, including, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, low-voltage electrical work, minor fixture and equipment repairs, and the safe use of hand and power tools.
