RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the district's EMIS Coordinator, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required data Manage and report CTE accountability data, including pathway completion, credentials, WebXams, and work-based learning Support reporting and documentation for the CTE Quality Program Review (QPR), Perkins funding, and CLNA Monitor enrollment, performance metrics, and data accuracy for fiscal and compliance purposes Review and resolve EMIS errors and discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external partners Develop reports, dashboards, and data summaries for administrative use Collaborate with staff and partner districts to ensure consistent data practices Provide training and support to staff on data systems and usage Stay current on EMIS updates and Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with EMIS reporting and Ohio education data systems preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and collaboration skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality WORKING CONDITIONS: This position may require: Travel to meetings and partner districts Prolonged periods of computer and data entry work Occasional lifting, standing, or movement of materials Interaction with a variety of stakeholders in dynamic environments BENEFITS: Salary will be based on the Tolles Salary Schedule - Column 10 (Assistant Treasurer, EMIS, Bi-Lingual Liaison) Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
