Maintain the mental acuity, situational awareness, and decision-making ability necessary to safely and effectively perform all essential duties of the Ultrasound Sonographer position, including patient assessment, image acquisition, prioritization, and communication with the care team. Demonstrate the physical capability to safely lift and move 30 pounds independently and to assist with patient positioning, transfer, and mobility activities as required to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations safely and effectively.
