Partners with Capital Markets, Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and Administrative Agency personnel to support the underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of syndicated credit facilities where the Bank serves as Sole Lead Arranger, Left Lead Arranger, or Administrative Agent. Serves as an additional portfolio management resource for syndicated transactions and helps ensure consistent credit underwriting, documentation, monitoring, lender communication, and risk management practices across the syndicated portfolio.
