We are currently seeking a Collector / Underwriter to join our team in Dayton!Rewards for Collector / Underwriter:                  <ul><li>Annual compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00</li><li>$22-$25/hour based on experience plus a monthly bonus opportunity</li><li>Full benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)</li><li>Career growth oppurtunities</li><li>Industry-leading customer program</li><li>Established company with 37 years in business</li><li>Growing national organization   </li></ul> Responsibilities for Collector / Underwriter:                <ul><li>Manage collections activities while maintaining positive customer relations</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound customer communications regarding payment solutions </li><li>Review customer accounts and assist with underwriting and credit decisions </li><li>Evaluate customer information, payment history, and supporting documentation </li><li>Assist with lending and credit origination processes </li><li>Help ensure branch and lending compliance standards are maintained </li><li>Support customer retention efforts through effective communication and problem solving </li><li>Work within consumer finance and underwriting software systems </li><li>Demonstrate a high level of customer service and professionalism </li><li>Attend ongoing training and development classes </li></ul>Hours for Collector / Underwriter:                <ul><li>Full-time (40 hours per week)</li><li>100% onsite</li><li>No Sundays</li><li>Store hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. </li><li>Shifts will vary based on business needs </li></ul>Requirements for Collectors / Underwriter:                <ul><li>2+ years of experience in collections, underwriting, consumer finance, customer retention, banking, call center, sales, or related fields </li><li>Experience reviewing credit applications or making lending decisions preferred </li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills </li><li>Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work scheduled hours and remain fully onsite </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li></ul>
