Understand and follow all ABB safety policies, safety training, and hazard communication requirements; wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, cut-resistant gloves, and safety sleeves when required; locate and verify Emergency Stops and light curtains function properly; verify Press Release Forms (QFSL-A001) are supervisor-signed before operation; work safely and report injuries, accidents, and near misses immediately. • Possess dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment including electric chain hoists, pneumatic shears, pneumatic wire twisters, electric and manual pallet jacks, and press controls with knobs and buttons; assist in performing press-line equipment set-up and clearing die jams; perform equipment shutdown procedures and end-of-run die cleaning.
