Must be able to use the following management accountabilities / competencies: conflict resolution, staff counseling, problem solving, disciplinary process, policy and procedure implementation, teamwork, staff scheduling, support of management peers, interviewing, budgeting process and cost containment skills. Provides direct oversight to the Emergency Department, Infection Prevention, ICU, 2N, 3N, 4N, NLU/Peds, TCU/Rehab, and the Nursing Supervisor’s Office; in collaboration and under the guidance of the Chief Nurse Executive.
