A bachelors degree involving major study in business or public administration, finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or related field AND three (3) years of professional experience in activities such as appraising and/or auditing real and /or personal property, non-residential property management, corporate finance, selling, leasing, or buying commercial real estate. An associate's degree involving major study in law, business, public administration, political science, or related field AND four (4) years of professional experience appraising personal property, land, residential, commercial, or industrial property, interpreting and articulating state laws, or agency policies/procedures to stakeholders, tax practitioners, and the general public.
