Essential Job Duties: Perform Office-related functions: The incumbent may be required to perform duties including but not limited to: organize submission paperwork for the sample receiving section, business office, and/or laboratory sections; perform data entry of accession information into the LIMS system verifying correct veterinarian/owner information and test chosen (knowledge of tests, times/dates run, and pricing information is essential); add documents to quality management application; scan documents into appropriate accession and update data/charges; invoicing cases after lab personnel complete testing which requires verification of correct test choices and prices, application of any panel/screen variables, and assurance of correct billing party.
