Provide leadership and operational direction to campaign teams, partner hospital staff, local volunteers, and international volunteers, ensuring they have the resources, tools, budget, transportation, visas, and logistical support needed for effective ministry and quality dental care. Lead the ministry and dental care strategy for Specialty Teams, ensuring every campaign actively engages beneficiaries through Gospel presentation, Bible distribution, prayer, discipleship, and connection to the local church where possible, while promoting and safeguarding the welfare of beneficiaries.
