The incumbent partners closely with physician leaders, service line executives, regional leadership teams, and system stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and implement initiatives that drive organizational performance and strategic objectives. The role integrates operations management, healthcare product and service development, business planning, physician practice operations, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
