This position ensures the effective day-to-day operations of the HR department including maintaining employee personnel files, completing new hire and annual background checks, processing credit cards, scheduling and organizing meetings and trainings, payroll time tracking for hourly employees, and serving as backup to payroll processing. • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information and perform a wide range of duties that require tact, sensitivity, independent judgment, diplomacy, organizational skills, flexibility, and discretion.
