This responsibility includes making sure all general ledger postings are complete and accurate.Job Responsibilities:<ol><li>Create and continue to enhance the future processes to support the approval and release of third-party payments.</li><li>Implement new Net Suite subledger payables process across Integrity businesses while collaborating with project management, operations and finance. Working closely with IntegrityCONNECT Enhanced Commission team to implement automated integration.</li><li>Implementing and following SOX Controls related to agents, agencies and advisors.</li><li>Develop team structure and job descriptions.</li><li>Hire and manage Commission Payables team.</li><li>Develop and manage team metrics and reporting.</li></ol>Your experience and skills:<ol><li>Accounting Degree and CPA (preferred)</li><li>Operational accounting management (10 yrs)</li><li>Implemented and managed third party payments, 1099 reporting & unclaimed property</li><li>Direct employee management experience</li><li>Public company financial close processes and reporting required</li></ol>About IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
