This is a part-time, 20 hour/week position reporting to a Senior Pastor. The pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is passionate about the spiritual development of young people and who can join Aldersgate UMC as we make new disciples of Jesus. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated Christian with strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills who loves students and has the ability to work effectively with teenagers and parents. They should have experience soliciting and effectively using parent and volunteer support, collaborating with a team toward common goals, and functioning effectively with minimal oversight.
