Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: providing advice and assistance to internal and external customers and applicants on job announcements, application procedures, and eligibility requirements; application of various staffing programs, regulatory and eligibility requirements to properly advise applicants; researching and applying human resource regulations, principles, policies, methods and practices; providing advice and consultation to management and employees on HR related matters; and determining correct pay category, occupational series, title, and grade level.
