Computer Skills: Must have accurate typing skills and be proficient in using email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and be willing to learn new software applications. Computes cost factors and prepares construction estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness.
