Working with the Director of Nonprofit Services, the President & CEO, the Senior Manager of Business Development, and the volunteer services team, the manager provides day-to-day operational leadership, ensures service continuity, strengthens client relationships, and develops financially sustainable volunteer engagement services. Oversee the implementation and delivery of the following programs and services: Volunteer Service Projects : Identify community needs in partnership with nonprofits; develop suitable projects; and oversee planning, volunteer participation, supplies, budgets, on-site delivery, and follow up.
