PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Counseling, or other related field • Experience working with college students in a university setting• Professional experience working with multicultural and social justice education, particularly in the areas of race, ethnicity, nationality, class, disability, religion, sexuality, and gender• Experience with creative educational program development, including program planning, implementation, and assessment• Experience giving presentations and conducting training programs• Experience with facilities management• Knowledge and or experience with online reservation systems such as Resource 25 .
