Medical, Dental & Vision benefits paid by Employer! Part-Time, 24 hours a week. Wage Range: $23.52-$37.57  The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Volunteer activities within the organization. Their duties include interviewing and hiring Volunteers, placing Volunteers in different roles based on their qualifications, and maintaining accurate Volunteer records.

May be required to move throughout the healthcare facility, including administrative and clinical areas. Working Conditions: This position operates in a professional office setting within a healthcare facility. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The office environment is climate-controlled, well-lit, and ergonomically designed for extended computer work. While this role is primarily office-based and does not involve direct patient care, the employee may occasionally be present in clinical areas or interact with staff working in clinical environments. As such, there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases. The organization provides appropriate training and personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed to ensure safety.

An ILC instructor will receive one hour per term of paid sick leave per ILC, which includes Special Loading. Unused sick leave will accumulate up to a maximum of 80 hours and be available for use in subsequent academic terms. Tuition Waiver Plan Each employee will be eligible for a full tuition waiver, which is equivalent to 24 credits, for each term in which the employee is working for the College. Such waiver may be used for tuition for credit courses or the fee in lieu of tuition for noncredit courses (commonly called Fee B). Such tuition waivers are not cumulative. However, an employee may use a tuition waiver in the term immediately following the term in which the waiver was earned.
