Build relationships with executive leadership, department leaders, community partners, and other key stakeholders, and serve as an ambassador for volunteerism at Holden Forests & Gardens. This is a role for someone who loves both the big picture (strategy, metrics, budgets) and people interaction: championing volunteers, welcoming them at signature events, and making sure they feel valued.
