- Plan and host 2 events each month for the residents in the apartment community with the purpose of caring for and connecting with residents, connecting residents to one another and to services or local businesses in the wider community.

Sector Focus** + Deep expertise in the Specialty Insurance market, including complex, high-risk and bespoke coverage models + Strong understanding of specialty underwriting, broker-driven distribution, and tailored policy structures + Property & Casualty (P&C) experience is a strong plus, particularly where it intersects with specialty lines + Additional familiarity with Life Insurance and broker ecosystems is beneficial **Sales & Client Engagement** + Proven ability to build pipeline and close deals within Specialty Insurance, across carriers, MGAs, and brokers + Ability to identify whitespace opportunities and position transformation-led engagements + Trusted advisor who can guide clients through modernization journeys, aligning business needs with technology solutions + Effective at communicating value to both Lines of Business (Underwriting, Claims, Operations) and IT organizations **Core Capabilities** + Strong understanding of insurance core platforms, including: + Policy Administration Systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.) + Underwriting and workflow orchestration tools + Claims platforms (especially in specialty/P&C environments) + Ability to sell transformation of legacy technology estates, positioning modernization as a driver of growth and efficiency **Agentic AI & Value Proposition** + Ability to lead with and sell Agentic AI-driven transformation, including: + Orchestrating complex underwriting workflows + Automating case-based decisioning and risk evaluation + Enhancing broker and agent engagement models + Positions AI in terms of tangible business outcomes, such as: + Accelerated underwriting cycles and deal velocity + Improved pricing and risk accuracy + Scalable operations for bespoke products + P&C knowledge (plus): + Ability to articulate how Agentic AI transforms claims, including FNOL, triage, adjudication, and fraud detection + Experience positioning AI within major policy administration ecosystems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco preferred) **Market Presence** + Established relationships across Specialty carriers, brokers, and MGAs in the Midwest and/or Northeast + Recognized as a sales leader and trusted advisor in AI-driven insurance transformation Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies.
