SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving AND one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-09 (or equivalent in other pay systems) which include AND Demonstrate the ability in applying a wide range of IT principles, concepts, methods, advancements, policies, design, development, testing and applications, both hardware and software to assess the organizations IT business requirements; performing feasibility studies and cost analysis reviews, developing investment plans, and recommending the best course of action along with suitable alternatives; and implementing organizational acquisition requirements, budgetary techniques, and financial status to identify needs and recommend adjustment of IT funding priorities.
